Entry and selection

Open to US business owners or authorized representatives aged 18 or older, excluding the sponsor and their household. No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase does not improve odds. Void where prohibited. One base entry per independently operated business, October 7, 2026 at 1:45 a.m. through October 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., America/New_York.
Entrants submit their own accurate business/contact information. An entrant earns one bonus entry per unique eligible business that voluntarily enters using their referral link during the entry window. Self-referrals, duplicate businesses, fabricated identities and automated entries do not count. No public post, tagging, review, payment or marketing-email consent is required. Submissions and referral codes are provisional until the sponsor verifies eligibility and independent business identity. All entries and bonus entries are validated before selection. Netlify’s server receipt time determines whether a submission arrived within the entry window; early or late submissions do not qualify. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries, including referral entries.
On October 26, one first-prize winner, then one second-prize winner, then up to ten third-prize winners will be selected randomly without replacement from the validated weighted entry pool. Each business can win once. Each selected business and all of its entries are removed before the next selection. Prizes are awarded in first, second, then third-prize order. If fewer than twelve eligible businesses enter, only the available eligible businesses can receive prizes. For example, four eligible businesses means one first, one second and two third-prize winners; one eligible business means only the first prize is awarded. Winners will be contacted privately and have seven calendar days to respond; an alternate may be selected from the remaining pool. No personal entry data will be published. Any public business-name announcement requires the winner’s permission.
What the prizes include
First: one standard website and defined Gold service, including domain and hosting paid by the sponsor, without a build/service fee while Elijah’s Web Design continues operating and the winning business remains operating under its winning ownership. “Lifetime” is the operating lifetime of the provider, not a person’s lifetime. The prize does not transfer to another business. No cash substitute. If the provider permanently ceases operating, the business receives available transferable website files without a basic handover fee.
Second: Gold service free for months 1–3, then $25/month for months 4–12 ($225 first-year total). Third (up to ten winners): Gold service $25/month for 12 months ($300 total). These two prizes confer discounted services; winners may decline without charge. After year one, continue Gold at $199/month, switch to Silver at $99/month, or decline renewal. A separate written service agreement and agreed delivery slot are required before either paid offer begins; entry does not enroll you.
A standard website means up to five informational pages, one inquiry form, client-provided approved content and images, mobile layout and standard search setup. Gold adds analytics, one monthly batch of existing text/image updates (up to 30 minutes), and one focused monthly search cycle improving one existing page or answer section for one location and up to three core services. No rollover of unused work. The defined prize scope does not expand automatically with later package changes. No promised search positions, AI mentions, leads or revenue.
For first prize, the sponsor pays the domain and hosting costs for the prize website during the first-prize service term. For second and third prizes and the participant offer, domain and hosting remain separate. External software fees are separate for all offers and disclosed before acceptance. Online shops, paid ads, major redesigns, custom integrations and software development are excluded. Existing customer agreements are unchanged. Outside costs depend on your domain, hosting and any approved external services and will be disclosed before acceptance. No fixed lifetime retail value is claimed.
Participant offer
Other eligible entrants may apply by November 1 for Silver at $25/month for the first year ($300 in 12 payments), with optional renewal at Silver $99/month or Gold $199/month. Silver includes the standard website plus one batch of existing text/image updates per quarter (up to 30 minutes); ongoing monthly search work is not included. Domain and hosting are separate. Start dates and scope are agreed before commitment. The promotional service term is twelve months from the agreed kickoff. Standard promotional plans cost $300 in twelve $25 payments; second prize has three free months followed by nine $25 payments ($225 total). If you leave early, the remaining scheduled first-year payments become due, with no additional build fee. After that balance is paid, your transferable website files are handed over and ongoing service ends. For example, leaving a $25 plan after four payments leaves $200 to pay. After the full year, renewal is optional and you may change plans. No fee is required merely to enter or claim notification of selection.
Privacy, publicity and platform independence
Entry details are used to operate this promotion, verify entries and contact selected businesses. Optional marketing consent is separate. Reviews and testimonials are never required. Promotion entry does not authorize us to contact people you name; referrals must enter themselves. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release those platforms in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law. The entry window runs October 7 at 1:45 a.m. through October 18 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Entries submitted outside that window are not accepted.
