Your information, handled with care.
Elijah’s Web Design uses your business details, name, email address and phone number to administer the giveaway, validate business eligibility and referrals, contact selected businesses, and respond to your inquiry.
Submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and are available to authorized account users. They are not a public participant directory. Referral links contain a random code, not your name or email. Please do not submit passwords or confidential customer information.
Your entry confirmation, referral link and flyer are sent by email as part of entering. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Resend processes your email address and confirmation message to deliver these details. You can ask about your information or withdraw marketing consent by emailing elirobb6@gmail.com. We keep giveaway records through winner confirmation and resolution of entry questions, then review them for deletion within 90 days after selection, except records needed for an accepted service agreement or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
The site uses Google Analytics as described by its existing configuration. Please do not place personal contact information in shared links.
